Upon checking in, we were greeted by front desk offr Mr Hamazi, tho newbie (he told us) but very polite & professional. Thereafter, we were assisted by Ms Nor and Ms Tanzie Wong, who help ensure our intended stay will leave a impression of the hotel. SHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! :-) Tanzie did not just ensure we get to our room in the soonest possible, she invited us to the lounge while the rooms were being cleaned up. Furthermore, when we went into our rooms, we were again being "checked" by Tanzie if the rooms met our requirement. My family has been to various hotels in KL and the reasons why we came back (3 times yearly)is because of the staff here. The moment one enters the hotel lobby, smiles will be seen throughout all the staff. Kudos to the management of JW Marriott KL, keep up the good work! Rest assured, we'll be back! And Tanzie, a big THANK YOU for making our short stay such a lovely weekend a memorable one! God Bless!!!

i like jw marriott so much it is the best stay i ever made all the staf is very kind spechialy , Mr Wawan this guy is very nice man he is so kind , the food is very good , swiiming pool is the best every thing is very very good i liked the stay there so much this hotel is my top

Marvelous stay, nice view, good food and efficient service. I like to give credit to the bell teams,which are very efficient and helpful when needed. Especially by the staff name, Ben. Hes very helpful, efficient, friendly and always smile all the time. Hes english also very good and easy to people understand. i like to stay here again in the future, with this kind of service. two thumbs up.

The hotel ambience, room service, cleanliness and the rates are very good. It is centrally located to the city. I enjoyed courtious service by the hotel staff to full satisfaction. The food villege is excellent choice for all nationalities.
